New Delhi: The Indian Government is mulling the creation of a free kindergarten program that would give students the chance to learn from scratch and give them an opportunity to improve their physical and mental health.
The scheme is expected to cost about Rs1,200 crore ($1.08 billion) for the first year, the Times of Indian reported.
The Government will start work on the scheme in July, a senior official told the newspaper.
